Whatever your goal, Pittsburgh Multisport Coaching is here to help you reach it. We offer certified coaching services to assess your current fitness, build custom training plans, and prepare you for race day. Our goal is to get you to the start line confident in your ability to succeed.
The best way to achieve top goals is to develop long-term plans. By taking this approach, we can build fitness in a sustainable way. Start with an initial one-on-one consultation to discuss where you are, and where you want to be. We'll work together to build a training plan that takes into account your schedule, and sets intermediate goals to get you there. We'll review your training and adjust your plan based on your progress. Most importantly, long-term coaching slots are limited to provide the individualized attention to help you succeed.

I am a long-time competitive athlete who loves to share the knowledge gained through my experiences and training.
I have completed the Level 1 USA Triathlon and Long Course specialization, RRCA Running Coach, and the ASCA/WOWSA Open Water Swimming coach courses. I work with athletes of many different ability levels to set and achieve their goals.
As an athlete, I enjoy road races, open water swims, and triathlons from sprint to iron distance. I continue to push myself to achieve more, and hope to help you do the same.
